Return Policy

we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. you may return your order for a refund. susana monaco.com accepts online returns of unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of your order receipt. if there is visible damage or wear on the returned garment, susana monaco reserves the right to only refund up to 25% of the original sale value of the item.  due to company policy, swimwear, underwear and intimates are final sale. all refunds will be applied to the original payment method. if you return a package that does not meet these criteria, it will be denied. all denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. for more information, please contact our customer service department.

if we mark an item as final sale, that item cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or price adjustment.

please note that we can only process returns for merchandise purchased at susanamonaco.com. merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

How To Return & Exchange

  1. visit https://susanamonaco.loopreturns.com/. enter your order number (i.e. ORD-12345) and zip code (shipping address), or email address. select which items you are returning and specify the reason for the return.
  2. print the prepaid return label and return packing slip. when using our prepaid label $10 will be deducted from your refund.
  3. affix the return label to the outside of the package, covering any other shipping labels. take the package to your closest UPS location.
  4. need an exchange? follow steps above and place a new order for your replacement item(s).
please note that we cannot reimburse the shipping cost of your return, unless the return is due to an error in our fulfillment or a defect in the garment.

Return Processing

once we receive your return package, you will be sent an email notifying you of your return. please note that this email will be sent to the email address provided on your original order. you can only make one return replacement per order.

your return credit will be placed on the original form of payment and will appear on your next statement (generally 10-14 days depending on your bank).
