Returns & Exchanges

SusanaMonaco.com accepts returns of eligible unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of order receipt.

Final sale items, swimwear, underwear, and intimates are not eligible for return, exchange, price adjustment, or refund.

Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores and specialty stores, must be returned to the original place of purchase and is subject to that retailer's return policy.

If returned merchandise shows visible damage or wear, Susana Monaco reserves the right to refund up to 25% of the original sale value of the item. Returns that do not meet our criteria may be denied and forfeited.

Start a Return

1. Visit https://susanamonaco.loopreturns.com/.
2. Enter your order number and shipping zip code or email address.
3. Select the item or items you would like to return and choose a return reason.
4. Print the prepaid return label and return packing slip. When using our prepaid label, a $10 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. Attach the label to the outside of your package and drop it at a UPS location.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or product defect.

Return Processing

Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 10-14 business days after processing for the credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.
